VSD+ series is a new conceptual control unit, through the installation on general industrial air compressor, maximizing the energy efficiency by changing the control system (e.g. sequence) into inverter control-based VSD (Variable Speed Drive). Existing most compressors always need to maintain the power greater than 50% although there is scarcely air consumption in order to maintain starting stand-by status.

 In other words, it is inevitable to consume the unnecessary energy due to the limitation of technology. On the contrary, if VSD+ is applied to the existing equipment, the operational efficiency can be improved innovatively because such application can minutely control RPM of compressor according to the real time air consumption.

 Particularly, if no load operating time takes long or load and no load operation turn frequently in the field, energy-saving effect of maximum 40% can be expected.
