DOTECH – Launches refrigeration & air conditioning controller to HARFKO 2017

Refrigeration & air conditioning controller, digital pressure switch, temperature & humidity transmitter..etc will be launched

DOTECH Inc., refrigeration & air conditioning and environmental measurement controller manufacturing company, received an award of innovative technology from the 10^th National Sustainability Management Conference & Awards for developing industrial energy saving solution.

DOTECH is a small-sized corporation in a field of refrigeration & air conditioning and environmental measurement in Korea. However, recently it has been received a great attention from the same kind of businesses as well as related markets for industrial energy saving solution on the basis of air compressor energy saving control device “VSD+”. 

This award is credited for the innovative techniques via the industrial energy saving solution, and highly acclaimed the effort of pioneering new market development. The representative product in the field is the industrial air compressor energy saving control device called “VSD+”.

Most domestic industrial field use the air compressors which are constant speed type drivers that waste lots of energy under idling, and its rate of waste estimated over 80%. If VSD+ is applied to these old equipment, up to 40% energy can be saved depends on operating conditions. 

VSD+ is receiving a lot of attention from refrigeration & air conditioning industries and has gone viral on an example of industrial energy saving method. Also, DOTECH has been recognized for its excellent techniques and awarded “2014 Korea Environment Energy Award”, “2014 Gyeonggi Energy Industry Award”, and “2015 Development of Excellent Capital Goods”.
